Placing an order with YAGUZA constitutes acceptance of the followin:
Minimum Order:
Minimum order is 6 Pcs per item (product code) and $200 of the total order not includ shipping cost.

Prices are subject to change without notice. You will receive an pro-forma Invoice via email within a few days.
Delivery and payment conditions:
Shiping Methods:
Airmail Approximate delivery time of 1-3 weeks. Basic international airmail service, this service is not traceable and is uninsured with no guaranteed delivery time. Airmail is very rarely has any trouble.
UPS Courier Approximate delivery time of 1 week. A cost effective Courier option for heavier orders, a tracking number will be supplied and includes limited insurance cover. Under most circumstances the quoted UPS freight cost will be accurate however please be aware there may be additional costs in which case you will be notified prior to shipment. for big orders (more then 400Kg can ship by sea, about 1 month).
Payment Methods:
Our payment methods are by an authorized reseller , we accept almost all kind of credit cards or by bank wire transfer. The pro-forma Invoice will show all the items that been ordered and also a final total for transfer includ the shipping cost to your country (please make sure to check good the pro-forma invoice before doing the payment to avoid any mistakes). Once the money transfer is made, please inform us by fax or e-mail, and we will start producing your goods immediately. Delivery time will be about 2 - 5 weeks from the money transfer date.
Reclamations:
Reclamations are only valid when made in 1 week after receipt of the products. Before the return of the rejected goods the customer has to ask the seller for agreement. Without the agreement of the seller returned goods will not be accepted. The seller's agreement of the return of the goods does not mean the acceptation of the reclamation. If the reclamtion is justifiable the seller has the right of rectification of defects or compensation delivery in an adequate periode of time. Defects of the goods do not give the right of reserve or reclaim of the invoice amount, especially not if the reclamation is not made within 1 week after receipt of the goods.
Storage of data :
All the necessary data we need for processing the order will be stored. All personal data held by us will be kept confidential and not given to third parties.
